SHINee’s Minho returns with his first full album Call Back and title song of the same name.

Oh my god it is so serious for me today. Hello my man? my husband (okay I will stop being this kind of delulu) but my favorite boy finally releasing a full album? An entire album filled just with Choi Minhos VOICE? HELLO? I am not okay, I am barely functioning I somehow passed out for 12 hours last night and I am still not full awake but let me tell you this music video, this album has me wide awake and listening! The concept photos for this comeback were absolutely scrumptious and so easy on sore eyes, musically Call Back had me sat and listening to the little snippets. So let’s review!

Call Back is 100% what I expect from a Minho song, some groove, a lot of r&b vibes, some rap, soft vocals and a lot of hip thrusting during the chorus. Call Back is as I already mentioned groovy to the max and suits Minho’s vocal color very well. I love the added female vocals in the song they give it a bit more depth and catchiness. Overall, Call Back‘s hook is very catchy and I have it stuck in my head even if Call Back keeps it very lowkey and seems like a sleeper hit it feels really addicting to me “na na nana naaaa gotta Call Back” is just too good not to sing along to and nod my head in the rhythm. My god the SHINee boys just really know how to sell a song I fear. Call Back really suits Minho and he looks like he had a lot of fun filming that music video while looking amazing.

The entire album follows the same vibes set by Call Back and I am enjoying it in its entirety. However, some songs stood out to me more than others and that have to be Came And Left Me and Something About U as well as Slow Down those songs offer us just Minho’s skill sets over a catchy melody and I am loving it. They feel like Minho through and through and are just way too catchy. I also want to mention the song featuring NINGNING, Because Of You is another great song but keeps it even more down low. I just know I am about to overplay this entire album
