The series Brewing Love continues with episode 2, where Chae Yoong-ju is appointed as Marketing Head of Jisan Beverage. She accepted the offer to gain Na-ro Beer as a partner for Jisan. Once she seals the deal, the Busan Branch will be reinstated, and her former colleagues will get their jobs back.
Desperate to succeed, she meets the CEO and owner of Na-ro Beer, only to be shocked that it’s someone she knows from the theme park. While she feels excited, Yoo Min-ju, the owner, isn’t interested anymore. Before their meeting, Min-ju had already met with his company’s Planning Team. Though they’re from same companies, each department has different intentions and proposals.
Yoong-ju tries to persuade Min-ju, but he remains uninterested in working with Jisan. He notices disappointment in the planning team, but in Yoong-ju, he sees desperation. Outwardly, she appears calm, but she’s crying inside.
There isn’t much noteworthy action in this episode, except that Yoong-ju tries her best to gain Min-ju’s trust. She has already earned the trust of those around him and is proving herself fit for marketing. However, what I’m really looking forward to is how Min-ju’s abilities will develop. There’s something fascinating about learning what’s really inside someone, especially when what we show others can be so different from who we really are.
I’m looking forward to seeing how this story unfolds and if it will fully capture my interest. It’s intriguing to see the ability to read emotions in the story, and I hope it’s used in a meaningful, interesting way.
