Le Sserafim - "Crazy" MV Review

After releasing "Easy" (Review) back in February, now Le Sserafim has made a comeback with their 4th mini album Crazy, with the song "Crazy" serving as the title track.

"Crazy" Review

"Crazy" lives up to its name, being crazy and lots of fun. I loved the song when I first heard the teaser, so I'm glad the full release didn't disappoint. The beat of "Crazy" is superb ﹘ I love the bass and the synth you can hear throughout the song. I could totally see "Crazy" being used on a catwalk or a fashion commercial (like H&M to give an example), especially when considering the English part of the lyrics.
The MV is as crazy as the song and I love it. My favorite part of the video is at 1:03; the movement that Yunjin does goes so well with the music ﹘ in fact, all the scenes at the aquarium are my favorite. This is probably only note-worthy for me, but in a part of the music video (at 0:52) you can read the names of the hairstyles for the "Chasing Lightning" teasers (Chaewon is "Twisted bun," Yunjin is "Neon roots," Kazuha is "Cool ponytail," Eunchae is "Messy bun," and Sakura is "Rainbow hair.")
Style-wise, the outfits look nice, and they go well with the crazy concept, so although some of them are not my style, I will forgive them for following the concept. My favorite outfits of the MV were Eunchae's metallic outfit with the black -weird- pants and the white t-shirt and jeans group outfit (0:17), which looks very simple, but I love how good it looks, especially Chaewon's plaid flat cap that (sort of) matches the straps and neckline of her top. I love how in the part where Sakura sings, "I'm an otaku bestie," she is wearing a crop top with anime eyes on it, and in her bag, there is a fake version of Sailor Moon's Spiral Heart Moon rod; I think it fits so well with the lyrics (During that part Chaewon has wings in her back that lowkey remind me of Sakura Card Captor).
